The inclusion of Spain into the company's strategic plan for Latin America was signed at the London headquarters and responds to the need to establish a connection between Europe and Latin America and also includes the launch of all the company's social networks in Spanish.

London, 4 May 2022. Odgers Berndtson, one of the five leading executive search companies with a presence in 33 countries around the world, has boosted its strategic plan for Latin America, with the aim of becoming the leading headhunting firm in the Latin American market. To achieve this, Spain has joined the firm's expansion strategy in Latin America, which currently has offices in seven countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile,  Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.

The incorporation of Spain into Odgers Berndtson's strategic plan for LATAM was signed at the London headquarters by Kester Scrope, CEO of Odgers Berndtson, and Jaime Ozores, Managing Partner of the company in Spain, and addresses the firm's strategy to strengthen and expand its presence in Spanish-speaking markets.

Spain will work alongside the Miami office, where the Director of Odgers Berndtson's Latin American practice, Manny Corsino, is based, and from where commercial relations with the firm's Latin American offices are facilitated. The incorporation of Spain into the company's Latin American strategy responds to the need to establish a connection between Europe and Latin America, in order to facilitate and strengthen commercial relations between the companies of both continents that are looking for the best executives to incorporate into their organizations. In addition, it also includes the company's commitment to the Spanish language as a means of communication, which is why in the coming days the company's social networks will be launched in Spanish and will include news from all the countries that share this language.

Jaime Ozores, Managing Partner Spain, stated that "the pandemic has revolutionized the world and many companies are looking for new, strategic and resilient leadership to incorporate into their organizations on one continent or the other indistinctly; Spain is in a privileged position to tackle this exciting challenge because we are, on the one hand, the gateway to Europe for companies coming from Latin America and, at the same time, we share the language and culture with those seeking to open new markets there. In Spain we are ready and we will work side by side with our partners in Miami and Latin America to provide companies from both continents with the best executives."
