Phil Malem, CEO, Serco Middle East
Phil joined Serco in April 2019 and since his appointment, he has repositioned the business in alignment with a new strategy to continue its growth trajectory.
Under his leadership, Serco’s 5,500 strong employee base across the Middle East manage people, assets and data with the support of the latest technological solutions in the transport, defence, healthcare, justice and immigration sectors.

Régis Schultz is President of Al Futtaim Group Retail division. Operating in three regions, Middle East, North Africa and South-East Asia, the Retail division spreads across 15 countries and runs more than 70 world-leading brands such as IKEA, Marks & Spencer, Nike, Guess, Toys R Us, Zara, to name a few.

In 2018 Jeroen Beijer became the GM for LEGO Middle East & Africa which caters for around 20 markets in the region through a hub in Johannesburg and a newly established MEA headquarter in Dubai.
