Guido Ferralasco, Managing Director of Ferrero, recently attended the second annual CEOx1Day event in the UAE, as a guest speaker. Having taken part two years in a row, he shared his experience of the project with a captivated audience at the Burj Khalifa. He explained the benefits that CEOs can receive from the project, as well as what they can give back. He encouraged more CEOs to participate in the programme and explained how the initiative can really benefit their business, as well as having a fresh perspective into how their company looks from a Millennial perspective.
