Bruce Robertson, Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover recently attended our second CEOx1Day event in the UAE hosted in the Burj Khalifa. Bruce shared his experience having participated in the CEOx1Day programme over the last two years and explained the benefits the programme can give aspiring millennials, and how its can help scout out talent in the region. He also shared his different strategy in this years' shadowing experience, about showing the more challenging aspects of being a leader, rather than just the glamorous side, to really emphasize all that's encompassed in running a major company.
