SJ Leatherdale is a Partner and Global Head of Odgers Interim’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. With her team, she finds highly experienced functional, technical and leadership candidates across the public & industry health care sector. Her remit covers all organisations working in the NFP/ Public Sector, Independent and Life Sciences Industry ; including medical device, independent hospitals, pharmaceuticals, specialist clinics, biotechnology, digital/health tech, personalised medical care and care homes.

Working alongside her colleagues in our search business, Odgers Berndtson, SJ is able to provide a comprehensive recruitment service across all disciplines. This includes to the management board, & senior management team across the full spectrum of senior leadership, ranging from the complete Board of Directors, to Commissioners, Hospital Directors & General Managers. SJ also helps her clients to find experienced Interim and Consultancy Executive’s across all corporate/functional roles as well as Programme, Transformation & Turnaround and Project & Strategic Managers/Directors.

SJ is a highly experienced recruiter with over twenty years’ experience across a variety of sectors. She started her career in the UK before moving overseas to work in Hong Kong and other areas of Asia Pacific. On returning to London, she took on a HR role in local government, which gave her a much broader understanding of interim in-house needs and what impact is needed at pace, before re-joining the recruitment industry, Odgers Berndtson/Odgers Interim in 2006.
