This starts with upskilling employees on what is I&D, what their role is in creating and fostering an Inclusive and Diverse workplace, as well as how to embed I&D in their daily business activities.
Our Inclusion, Curiosity to Confidence learning journey sets out the keystone skills to support your organisation at each stage of the I&D journey as follows:
- Getting comfortable with... a suite of interactive and engaging workshops (delivered in a remote or in-person roadshow format) aimed at individual contributors on a range of key I&D topics including speaking up, leading conversations, being an I&D ambassador.
- Getting confident with... I&D topics aimed at leadership, including busting bias, allyship, leading diverse teams to name a few.
- Being experts in... deep dive into specific topics, for example inclusive recruitment, inclusive performance management, inclusive language and more.
