Kim is a Partner in the Toronto office and head of the HR Practice, with extensive experience in the retail and industrial sectors. She is also a key member of the firm’s Global Leadership Practice.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Kim held senior HR executive roles with D+H, a global Fintech company and Home Depot Canada where she built out their digital, supply chain, finance and IT functions. She also worked in the aerospace and financial services industries where she provided expertise in recruitment, labour relations, talent management, leadership development, diversity & inclusion and executive compensation.
Kim has a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from l’Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from McGill University. She recently acquired her International Coaching Certification from Royal Roads University. Kim is also a founding member of the Home Depot Canada Foundation and also recently served as co-Chair of the Y.W.C.A. Women of Distinction Awards.
