Sigrid Nygaard Johansen

Sigrid Nygaard Johansen, Partner at the office in Copenhagen, where she works on executive search and business culture reviews mainly in the areas of technology, fintech and logistics. In addition, she is also working on board recruitment and board evaluation. Sigrid is a part of the Global Tech Practice.

Sigrid has more than 20 years of experience nationally as well as internationally in the IT-Industry at all levels including C-level with P&L responsibility. She has also worked as leadership development consultant with a strong focus on culture, change management and leadership talent development. She is among other also certified cognitive coach from University of Essex, London and has practiced as coach for business leaders for many years.

Prior to her career at Odgers Berndtson, Sigrid has in the past worked at companies such as IBM, Lenovo, BMC and eGISS. Most recently as CCO of the Luxembourg company KNEIP. In addition to her long career in the IT-industry, Sigrid has worked 10 years in shipping and logistics both in Denmark and abroad.

Sigrid also has experience as a board member and has most recently completed the CBS Board Leadership Program. Sigrid has been active in motivating female leaders in the technology industry. She has created and delivered several female leadership trainings for the Danish IT Association (ITB) and mentored many female talents over the past 10 years.
