Jens Beck

Jens Beck is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson, Copenhagen Office where he specializes in executive search primarily within the consumer and retail, digital and technology sector. Furthermore, he specializes in high level positions within Sales, Marketing/e-Commerce, Digital, IT, Finance and HR across different industries. Jens is a part of the Odgers Berndtson Global Tech Practice and Consumer Practice. 

Jens has worked within the industry of Headhunting for 15+ years from where he has gained extensive experience with recruitment of senior positions from both international and local companies. Prior to Odgers Berndtson, Jens was Partner in a Nordic executive search company. Furthermore, Jens has managed an office in Copenhagen within an international consumer and FMCG recruitment company from which he gained considerable experience with leadership, strategy and organizational development. Jens has been a trusted advisor for executives on strategic decisions and organizational structures concerning Commercial and Shared Service functions. One of Jens key focusing areas is talent identification in a digital transformation context within the Commercial and Shared Service area.    

Jens holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Copenhagen Business School.
