Bo Eske Nielsen is an Equity Partner at Odgers Berndtson in Copenhagen where he deals with executive search and board member recruitment especially within the industrial area, scientific research, green transition, IT, digitization and state owned companies as well as within the public sector. In addition, Bo has extensive experience in leadership development and assessment tasks.
Prior to his career at Odgers Berndtson, Bo has been a Partner in another major international executive search organisation. Before this, Bo held key positions in several major companies at top management level and has significant experience within the construction and civil engineering, major infrastructure projects, industry, research and within the agricultural and food area.
Bo holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and has completed management courses at the Defence Academy as well as INSEAD.
