Grant Speed

Grant is the Global Managing Director of Odgers Interim and Odgers Connect based in the London office. Since joining the business in 2010, Grant has been instrumental in expanding the interim management division globally and has built an exceptional consulting team in the UK, Canada, North America, and the USA with members who have board level and senior management experience in a wide variety of market sectors and disciplines.

Grant began his career in the financial services sector before joining a global recruitment company in 1999. Within ten years he held management positions in banking, finance, marketing, and sales teams in both the UK and the USA. He also launched the Recruitment Process Outsourcing division where he won and managed high value contracts with leading investment banks.    

Prior to joining Odgers Interim, Grant worked for a US-owned global recruitment business, with responsibility for the London operation.

Grant also dedicates significant time and effort giving back to the community. With a passion for nurturing young talent, Grant is a driving force behind various initiatives that empower and inspire the next generation. He works with social mobility charities and uses this platform to actively mentor and provide career advice to young adults in schools and colleges. Grant believes that empowering the youth with knowledge, guidance and support is the key to building a brighter future for both individuals and communities.
