With an over a decade-long background in global recruitment and executive search, coupled with her prior role as a Senior Researcher within Odgers Berndtson's Global Sports Media and Gaming division, Lucy possesses firsthand insights into the requirements for success at our firm. Lucy holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Birmingham.
