Our Organization
For about 40 years, Odgers Berndtson has been a recognized leader in the executive search community in Sweden, providing executive search services to Sweden's leading organizations in the private and public sector. Today, the firm has five partners and an overall staff of 15, working across all of Sweden's major sectors and coordinating international searches throughout the world.
