Xavier Alix

Xavier Alix is Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson in France. His search experience of over 25 years concentrates on general management and board director assignments for a wide variety of clients, particularly in the professional services, technology, consumer products, and industrial sectors.

His clients are both French and international organizations, mostly American, for which he conducts searches for positions at French, European, and worldwide levels.

Prior to joining the firm, Xavier was General Manager, France, for Lotus Development Corporation. He started his career in executive search as a Managing Director with Russell Reynolds Associates.

Xavier graduated with an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale and attended the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (a.k.a. Sciences-Po). He then served as a Lieutenant in the French Navy before receiving an MBA from Harvard Business School.
