Victoria Provis

Victoria Provis is a Partner and Founding Head of the Corporate Communications Practice in London. She is also Chair of the firm's Cardiff office.

In the Corporate Communications field, Victoria’s work has focused on identifying specialists in such areas as media relations, investor relations, public affairs, employee communications and community affairs. As a member of the Board & CEO Practice, Victoria has also led a number of NED searches in both the commercial and voluntary/not-for-profit fields. An economics graduate and INSEAD MBA, Victoria moved into executive search in 1993 after an early career in corporate communications and professional services marketing, joining Odgers Berndtson in 1995. She has built on her experience of working for KPMG, Burson-Marsteller and ,latterly, as a McKinsey consultant to develop a particular expertise in the corporate communications and marketing functions, leading assignments across a broad range of industry sectors.

Victoria has extensive experience in handling pan-European searches , and is a fluent French speaker. She is a Governor and former Vice-Chair of the Board of the United World College of the Atlantic (Atlantic College) and a Trustee of National Museum Wales. She is also a member of the Council of Prince’s Trust Cymru and a Member of Glas Cymru.
