Sylvi Chen

Sylvi Chen is a Partner in the Hong Kong office where she leads the Investment Banking Practice. She focuses on senior executive and board searches for financial institutions with particular emphasis on Corporate and Investment Banking.

She has more than twelve years experience in financial services and in private equity throughout the Asia Pacific region, completing searches across investment banking, wholesale banking, corporate banking, asset management, private equity and global markets. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, she was with Whitehead Mann in Hong Kong as a Consultant in the Asia Financial Services team.

Prior to moving into executive search, she worked in Sydney for ANZ Bank, within its Institutional Banking division with sector coverage of Financial Institutions Group and Telecom, Media and Entertainment companies. Sylvi also worked for Optus Singtel, focusing on strategy and business analysis.

Sylvi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from Macquarie University, Sydney.
