Potter
Steve Potter is the Managing Partner of the US business of Odgers Berndtson based in New York. With over 20 years experience in executive search and a special focus on financial services, he has conducted numerous "C" level and Board assignments in both the US and overseas.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2010 he established Allyon Solutions to provide integrated operations in finance to emerging companies in underserved markets. He also co-founded Sextant Search Partners, a boutique financial services executive search business based in New York City, and Axiom Consulting, a human capital and strategy consulting firm.
In 1999, he was appointed CEO of TMP following their acquisition of Highland Search, an executive search group he set up in 1995.
Previously he spent 14 years at Russell Reynolds eventually heading the Financial Services practice and managing their Asia Pacific operation.
A graduate of Yale University, Steve is a member of numerous Boards including the Trustees for the National History Museum of the Adirondacks, Pantheon International, Celdara Medical, and Immurx, and in the past on the Board of Taft School.
