Robert Quinn

Robert is based in the Toronto office with a primary focus on clients, in the Energy, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors. Robert has experience with a wide range of clients, from small high growth organizations to some of the largest global organizations. These clients have been involved in Automotive, Machinery Manufacturing, Aerospace, Chemical, Mining and Metals, Plastics and Packaging, Distribution and Logistics. Robert has conducted senior-level recruitment engagements across a variety of functions, including President, Chief Financial Officer, Business and Corporate Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Continuous Improvement Leaders.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert led the manufacturing sector of a leading Consulting Engineering firm focused on delivering world-class building and process design projects. Prior to this, Robert led a technology company providing software solutions for global freight transportation companies. His global manufacturing and supply chain experience was developed at Kodak where he held key leadership positions and delivered results by driving changes in the supply chain based on Six Sigma improvements and the implementation of lean manufacturing processes.

Robert has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
