Rachel Chan

Rachel Chan is an Associate in Odgers Berndtson's Singapore office where she focuses on the business services, technology and real estate industries.With over 12 years experience in recruitment and consulting, she has completed numerous mandates throughout the Asia Pacific region. She has extensive experience in the real estate sector where her work included the recruitment of architects and project directors across the region.

Previously, she was a managing director for TRS Management Resources and a Director of TRS International, Inc., a subsidiary of Fluor Daniel. During her tenure, she worked with and was responsible for subsidiaries companies including Ambit (IT), Tekron (construction/engineering), and David & Choley Associates (banking/finance). Prior experience includes Senior Associate with Sterling Human Resources, Managing Partner of Talentlabs Pte Ltd as well as the Founder of AConcept Consultant, an IT training company and training partner of Digital Equipment Company in the mid 1990s.

She has conducted technology training programs for many major enterprises, including Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Castrol.

Rachel has studied at ICSA, UK and the Theological Centre for Asia.
