Pierre Hervé-Bazin joined Odgers Berndtson Brussels as a Partner in 2011 to focus on the Energy & Utilities, Construction & Building Materials and Manufacturing sectors. He is also a member of the HR Functional Practice.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson he was European Staffing Director in Brussels from 2008 with global railway transport leader, Bombardier Transportation which he joined from French energy specialist Areva, where he created a centralized recruitment department. Previously he was with recruitment consultancy Alexandre Tic in France where he eventually became Regional Director in Toulouse having started his search career as an ‘International Consultant’ within the ‘Industrial’ practice.
He spent the first 10 years of his career in Sales and Marketing working for international electrical products manufacturers Legrand and Siemens in France, the UK and Germany.
A French citizen, Pierre holds Master’s degrees in International Trade from the Paris Sorbonne University, and in Business and Management from a French “Grande Ecole”. He is fluent in French, English and German.
