Patrik Kvikant

Patrik Kvikant is  a Partner in the Helsinki office of Odgers Berndtson where he specialises in the Industrial and Technology sectors. He has extensive leadership consultancy and executive search experience having completed over two hundred top level assignments

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he was a partner in the Helsinki office of Heidrick Struggles.Having joined the search industry in 1998, he was able to combine his great interest in organisational behaviour with his knowledge of the Finnish hi-tech sector.

Patrik completed his formal education by getting a PhD after which he co founded a digital broadcasting solutions company.
