Mikael Frederiksen

Mikael Frederiksen is a Partner in the Copenhagen office of Odgers Berndtson. He specializes in high level assignments in Technology, Healthcare, and Business & Professional Services. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience and has been working with recruitment and development of employees and managers on a regular basis.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he was CFO in various large international IT companies such as Accenture, Hewlett Packard, and Microsoft and in the pharmaceutical company, Nycomed. In those companies, Mikael has completed comprehensive change, organizational and outsourcing projects within the finance area – projects proving to have a significant impact on the organizations.

Mikael has a diploma in business administration and for the last five years, he has been working as a mentor to Microsoft leaders and executives in external networks.
