Maureen brings over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry in the local, national, and international market. Maureen is a graduate of Acadia University in Nova Scotia and has built several successful organizations in the local market. She has worked at every level in the recruitment industry, from business owner to regional manager to senior vice-president of a global recruitment organization.
Maureen has been involved in complex recruitment assignments throughout Atlantic Canada in public and private sector and was instrumental in developing an ex-patriot recruitment strategy for Nova Scotia to meet the demand for senior level talent called ‘Come Home to Nova Scotia’.
Maureen contributes her time to community through volunteerism on a number of not-for-profit Boards and has provided strategic leadership on the Board of a public company in the medical device industry.
Maureen’s success in business and leadership in the search industry earned her a Top 40 under 40 award and recognition in the Women’s of Excellence Awards.
