Mary Pitsy oude Hendrikman

Mary Pitsy is a Partner in the Brussels office of Odgers Berndtson. With over 25 years of experience, she covers a wide range of industry and functional practices. She is a recognized coach to Board positions and an expert on Women on Board issues, she also conducts management assessments at European level.

 
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2012, she was Managing Director of the Brussels office of Boyden International from January 1990. She began her career as a Human Resources Officer and Manager with Pfizer Inc. USA, before moving on to a Researcher Position with Rhône Poulenc Europe. In 1974, she was appointed Vice President of Human Resources and Partner of CEGOS, the European Consulting Group.


Mary holds a Master's degree in Psychology, attended the Advanced Management Program of the Kellogg School of Management, and is also an active member of the Solvay Business School Advisory Board.
