Margaret Campbell

Margaret Campbell has over 20 years’ experience in executive search having placed over 300 senior leaders across Canada. A partner with the firm, Margaret gained her initial executive search experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was the Director of Research and then Vice President, Executive Search servicing in-house clients and developing her own client base.

Margaret has extensive experience working with both private and public sector clients identifying and attracting individuals to leadership positions for organizations across Canada. She has a deep understanding of the current challenges corporations face when attracting, retaining, and planning the succession of key talent in this very competitive marketplace. She works closely with committees, boards, administration and key stakeholders in order to articulate the very essence of her clients’ culture.

Her clients include organizations in the public and not-for-profit sectors with a focus on Municipal Government. Margaret recruits executives across all functional areas including: Chief Administrative Officers, Treasurers, Corporate Services, Public Works, Transportation, Planning and Development, Fire Chiefs, Library CEO’s, Economic Development, and Human Resources.
