Lisa Kershaw, a Partner of Odgers Berndtson in Vancouver, has over 20 years of business and executive search experience. As part of the largest executive search firm in the market, Lisa's client focus is broad with a particular focus on Manufacturing/Retail/Distribution, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and the Public Sector where she services international, mid-market and emerging growth companies. Lisa recruits executives in virtually all disciplines including finance, marketing and communications, human resources, operations, and general management. Before joining the firm, Lisa worked in increasingly senior marketing and communications roles. Most recently she headed up the Vancouver marketing consulting practice of KPMG, where she specialized in strategic planning and financial analysis. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Broadcasting and Marketing. She then obtained her Masters degree in Business Administration from Queen's University.
