Lis Knudsen is a Partner in the Copenhagen office of Odgers Berndtson. With more than 15 years in the search business and seven years in Human Resources in an international company, Lis has broad experience in recruiting people for management positions in various industries, including Consumer Products & Services and Health Care.

Her earlyer career includes the positions as Corporate Human Resources Manager, at the Superfos Group, Human Resources Manager, Superfos, Denmark, Personal Assistant/Head of Research, Odgers Berndtson, and some years in sales and marketing in the furniture industry.

Lis holds a BA degree in business administration and languages and a Diploma in specialized business studies.
