Lis Knudsen is a Partner in the Copenhagen office and a member of Odgers Berndtson's Assessment Practice. She specializes in Search at Executive and Board level, Leadership Assessments, Board Evaluations, Culture Fit analyses, Executive Onboarding, Coaching, and career planning programmes.
With more than 20 years in Executive Search and 7 years as responsible for HR in an international group, Lis has a broad experience in recruiting Executives for Danish and international clients as well as in Leadership Assessments, Coaching and Leadership Development.
Lis holds a BA degree in business administration and languages and a Diploma in specialized business studies.
