Kevin B. Kelly

With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, Kevin Kelly is a Managing Director in our Atlanta office.  He conducts senior-level assignments for general management, financial, sales and marketing executives, and other functional specialists on a global basis for consumer-related and industrial businesses.  He also works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Diversified Search, Kevin was the Southeast Regional Managing Director with Slayton Search Partners and before that was a partner with A.T. Kearney Executive Search and Russell Reynolds Associates where he managed the Atlanta office. 

Before entering executive search, Kevin pursued a career in marketing and adverting, most recently in account service with the Atlanta agency of Cole Henderson Drake.  Earlier he spent several years in marketing with The Coca-Cola Company and began his career in the management training program at Universal Leaf Tobacco.

Kevin has served as a board member for Breakthrough Atlanta which focuses on underserved Atlanta public school students, directing them toward a path to college.

Kevin received his MBA from Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Virginia.
