Kajus Rottok has been working for Odgers Berndtson since 1994. He is responsible for the Board Services Practice, concentrating on executive board, CEO and supervisory board mandates. In the Financial Services Practice he acts as an advisor for recruitment in corporate finance, investment banking and private equity.
After earning a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann), he served as an account manager at Citibank in Munich, Frankfurt and New York for companies such as BMW, Dow Chemical and Pfizer for thirteen years. He then joined Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, with responsibility for foreign business transactions and, in parallel, for all HR and PR related issues.
