Juan Martin Lucas

Juan Martin Lucas is Director of Odgers Berndtson's Corporate Governance Division in Spain.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2009, Juan was Consulting Services Director of Hay Group. Before this, he served as Deputy General Human Resources Manager and Deputy General Manager in charge of Corporate Executive Resources at Telefónica. He was formerly Corporate Top Managers Director of Altadis and Madrid Office Director and Head of Financial Services with Hay Group.

His earlier career developed in financial services at Banco de Progreso (March Group), where he initially served as Capital Markets Director and later as Merchant Division Director. Prior to this, he was Head of the Equities Business Unit at Citibank. He began his career as Financial Analysis Service Manager with Banco Urquijo. Subsequently, Juan was appointed Director of the Bank’s Risk Analysis Department.

Juan has a degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE.
