Jane Matthews

Jane heads up the national interim management business – working with a broad range of clients to support the growing need for experienced executives on a temporary basis. Over the past 8 years, Jane has worked with clients, both as an interim executive, providing senior level sales and service leadership, and as the national practice leader for an interim provider. Jane has written a number of articles on the growth in interim services, and been interviewed on the topic for both print and TV.

Jane has had extensive senior management experience , both as a full time executive in the financial services industry, and as an interim executive in a range of sectors, including technology, professional services, and not-for-profit. Her past executive roles include: Regional Vice President, Montreal Trust (Ontario and Atlantic Provinces), Vice President, Cash and Treasury Management, Commercial Division, Scotiabank and Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Computershare Trust Company of Canada.

Jane holds a degree from Carleton University. She currently sits on the board of the June Callwood Centre, the advisory board for the Interim Management Association (North America), and is a mentor for the Rotman MBA program.
