Helen Haddon

Helen Haddon is Director of Quality and Process. She joined Odgers Berndtson in January 2005.

Helen has worked in the executive search industry for eight years. Prior to joining Odgers, she was Head of Global Information Management and Support at another leading executive search firm where she was responsible for Knowledge Management. She was based in the London office but travelled extensively visiting all of the larger offices.
 
Her experience prior to working in the search industry includes ten years working in business management in the construction design industry and operational management and consultancy for a range of not-for-profit organisations.

Helen has a BA in Linguistics and French and an MSc in Advanced Information Technology.
