Gillian Lansdowne

Gillian Lansdowne is a Partner and Practice Leader for Financial Services and Real Estate with Odgers Berndtson Toronto.

Prior to joining the Odgers Berndtson team, Gillian was the Founder and Managing Partner of Stanton Chase International’s Toronto office.

Gillian brings twenty years of experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, and Professional Services search. Within these sectors, Gillian has also conducted many Corporate Services assignments such as corporate development, taxation, treasury, financial planning, risk management, accounting and control, internal audit, and human resources.

Gillian is the author of an article entitled ‘The New Reality’, which she wrote to assist her clients in understanding the demographic shifts, and how to attract and retain the multi-generational work force.  She developed a North American survey on the subject, and has been a guest speaker at several events, including REALpac and the Women & Leadership summit.

Gillian serves on the Board of the Paul Penna Downtown Jewish Day School, where she is the Chair of the Board Development & Governance Committee.  She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), the Entrepreneur Organization (EO),  Women in Capital Markets (WCM), Women’s Executive Network (WXN), and Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
