Francesca Lanzara, a partner with Odgers Berndtson's Milan office since 2006, focuses on assignments in Financial Services.
She joined the firm after four years as Head of the Finance & Banking division in a major international recruiting group. Previously she worked as a consultant at Michael Page International in the Finance practice. From 2000 to 2001 she was an external relations assistant with the Banco di Napoli.
