Since joining Odgers Berndtson in 2002, Eric has placed executives with some of Canada`s most significant Associations and Public Sector agencies. Fluently bilingual, Eric’s particular focus at Odgers Berndtson is working with national organizations in the determination and recruitment of “top” talent to the National Capital Region. He recently published an article which focused on recruitment best practice in the public sector, and was a contributor to the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) article “Twenty Tips for Surviving and Prospering in the Association World.”
Prior to joining Odgers Berntson, Eric was the Director of Operations for Decima Research in Montreal, and a Marketing Consultant for ING Bank in Europe. Eric holds a B.A. from the University of Ottawa, is a Table Captain for the Leaders for Mental Health Breakfast for the Royal Ottawa Foundation, as well as a member of the Fundraising Committee for the National Capital Region YMCA-YWCA. Eric and his wife Monika have 3 children, Elena, Daniel and baby Eva.
