Eduardo Salvia is managing partner of the Milan office and has over 15 years' experience in the executive search industry. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Eduardo was associated with two other major international search firms and was responsible for establishing one of those company's presence in Italy. His educational credentials and industry experience enable him to serve many diverse clients in recruiting executives for a broad range of functional disciplines. Before entering the executive search profession, Eduardo held the position of CEO in SIM in addition to positions in management, legal affairs, personnel and organization, and mergers and acquisitions for such companies as IBM, Boeing, Beni Immobili Italia. Eduardo earned a degree in Jurisprudence from Naples University and a degree in American and international law from the Southwestern Legal Foundation, University of Texas, Dallas. He is multilingual, speaking Italian, English, French and Spanish.
