Deborah Sawyer is Managing Partner of the Odgers Berndtson Singapore office where she leads the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Life Sciences practices.
Her worldwide relationships include top tier MNC’s in technology and bio technology fields. She joined Odgers Berndtson after 5 years with Morgan Howard - a retained technology search firm - where she was a Senior Partner and Head of their Asia business.
In her earlier career, Deborah was a Senior Client Partner in the Advanced Technology Practice at Korn Ferry and Leader of their North American Professional Services division. She also worked at Heidrick & Struggles with whom she was based in the U.S. as a Principal in their Technology & Consulting practices.
Deborah has a degree in International Affairs from Florida State University and a MBA from Georgia State University.
