Christine Candela

Christine Candela is a Partner in the Lyon office of Odgers Berndtson and runs the Leadership consulting practice for France. Her expertise covers both consulting and executive search: leadership assessment and development, succession planning, and top team effectiveness. She interacts with the largest companies worldwide and leads cross-border projects.

Prior to joining the firm, she spent 12 years with Hay Group, a major HR consultancy firm.  Earlier in her career she was in charge of International Marketing programs at EMLyon, a leading French Business School, and held various responsibilities in the consumer goods area with Darty, a major retailer.

Christine holds a MBA from EMLyon and a BA in English and German.
