Alexia Wong

Alexia Wong is a Partner in the Hong Kong office of Odgers Berndtson where she leads the Consumer and Retail practice. She has a successful track record in executing complex senior assignments on a global basis.

With more than 20 years global experience in the consumer and retail industries including Regional HR Director of Asia Pacific at Hermes and Asia Pacific HR & Organization Strategy Director, at United Distillers (Diageo), she developed expertise in designing and delivering strategies on organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and retention.

She gained her initial search experience with Deloitte Touche in Hong Kong as the Director of HR Consulting and Executive Search working with large MNCs to launch numerous searches to meet their diverse talent acquisition needs.

Alexia graduated from Princeton University and has also undertaken post graduate courses at Harvard and Stanford.
