Kateryna Aleksiuk

Kateryna is a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, responsible for the Clients of the Baltic States and Poland region. 

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Kateryna worked as a consultant at large international recruitment companies in Ukraine and the CIS countries. 

She helps businesses find top and senior talents, in various industry sectors, including Agribusiness, Financial Services, Retail & FMCG, and Legal. 

Kateryna has experience in building teams for Luxury Lifestyle Management Services.
For the past 3 years, she has been working in the IT industry, helping companies grow locally and internationally. 

Kateryna graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, with a degree in political science.
