Anna Kuzenkova

Anna is the Managing Partner at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine and is responsible for executive search within the Banking, Heavy Industry and Legal Services sectors.

Anna is a Member of the CFO Club Ukraine and has completed the UCGA Board Direction program.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, Anna worked as Head of the Talent Acquisition Department at one of the largest banks in Ukraine. She was responsible for the recruitment and adaptation of personnel, the implementation of procedures and processes. Moreover, she has experience at a leading international law firm as an HR Director and was responsible for the recruitment of senior managers, employer brand and corporate culture coordination.

Anna has an international Hogan Assessment Certification and a Master’s degree in Psychology.
