A 360-degree feedback can provide insight into your actual performance as perceived by your reports, colleagues, superiors, or others. Additionally, it gives you the opportunity to answer questions and develop greater self-awareness.

The report offers standardized competencies and allows for qualitative feedback on 'what you should continue doing,' 'what you should do less of,' and 'what you can improve on.'

To ensure that these insights are well understood and yield valuable information for your personal and professional development, the process includes a 1-hour coaching session. During this session, the results are explained, you are encouraged to reflect on your strengths and areas for development, and concrete actions are established.
