Onboarding

To assist executives and senior leaders in comprehending the context and developing leadership skills for success in new roles or organisations, we offer an Onboarding program. This program is designed to support both the executive and the organisation throughout the initial six months.

Our structured coaching trajectory encompasses five essential steps designed to integrate and enhance executives successfully within their new leadership roles. These steps present a holistic approach to executive onboarding, focusing on optimizing leadership performance.

Step 1: Leadership Analysis

In this phase, we generate insight into the executive's competency profile by creating a LeaderFit profile. Additionally, we conduct a cultural fit analysis and ensure that the executive's goals align with the mission and objectives of the organisation.

Step 2: Organisational Analysis

During the second phase, we provide a framework to build key relationships within the organisation and to evaluate the strategic direction and vision. This clarifies the success criteria for the initial six months.

Step 3: Team Alignment

This phase focuses on assessing the team and organisational structure. What are the organisation's strengths? Are there any gaps? We also concentrate on a 90-day review. How do board members, managers, and other stakeholders assess the executive? Based on this, plans and priorities can be adjusted.

Step 4: Strategic Direction

The fourth phase focuses on designing the new agenda, setting long-term priorities, and team development.

Step 5: Execution

In this phase, the executive is aligned with the organisation and well-equipped to execute future strategies. After six months, we conduct a progress evaluation.
