Gertine is a Consultant at Odgers Berndtson in the Industry Practice, including the manufacturing industry, transport and logistics, construction and energy sectors. From multinationals and large companies to private equity firms and family businesses. She collaborates intimately with clients, sculpting bespoke leadership solutions that harmonize seamlessly with strategic imperatives. 

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Gertine worked as a Consultant at Amrop Leadership Advisory & Executive Search, overseeing assignments across diverse sectors such as Health & Life Sciences, Professional & Financial Services, and FMCG. Before that, she worked at PwC as a Consultant in the public sector and held responsibilities at the Ministry of VROM for developing and implementing innovative public services. 

Gertine holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and is actively involved in fundraising for SOS Children's Villages, alongside a network of socially engaged, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial women. From 2005 to 2014, she resided as an expat with her husband and two children, before relocating to Hilversum.
