Pooja Kapoor Sharma

Pooja has been with Odgers Berndtson India since 2019 & is based in the Gurgaon office.  
Her expertise lies in primary & secondary research with a focus on leadership searches in the Consumer & Retail practice across key general and functional leadership roles. 
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Pooja spent nearly four years working with General Electric on a range of projects across sectors, including Power, Healthcare and Renewable Energy. During her time at General Electric, Pooja managed both the internal and external talent requirements.
Her professional journey includes experience in vendor management, logistics, and HR operations across the IT, Healthcare, and Media sectors.
She has completed her MBA in Human Resources from Institute of Management & Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad and her Bachelor's degree in Political Science (Hons.) from Delhi University.
