Khushboo Raisinghani

Khushboo Raisinghani is a Researcher based out of the Bangalore office. Khushboo joined Odgers Berndtson in May 2023.

Khushboo has in depth knowledge & experience in the recruitment space with a special focus on technology leadership hiring catering to clients across diverse industries. She has worked with a global recruitment firm as an Associate Consultant in the Technology practice, focusing on mid to senior level mandates for the corporates. Prior to that Khushboo was associated with a global management consulting firm, where she was closely working with a leading pharmaceutical organisation in managing the end-to-end delivery of their technology requirements.

Khushboo holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources from ICFAI University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pune University.
