Annie Lakhanpal

Annie joined Odgers Berndtson in April 2022 with a professional experience of over 12 years. She began her career in 2010 with a leading IT firm, where she worked for almost five years, handling HR operations and focusing on executive searches across multiple sectors. In her career span, she has worked on domestic as well as international searches ranging from Industrial, Chemical, Consumer, E-commerce, and Insurance sectors.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she worked with a leading international search firm focusing on industrial, manufacturing, consumer, and insurance sectors.

Annie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar and a Bachelor’s degree (Honors) from University of Dibrugarh.
