Amit Seth

Amit is the Head of Research for Odgers Berndtson in India, based in Mumbai. He oversees a broad spectrum of research operations, including search delivery, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and the implementation of best practices. Amit's primary focus lies in driving training and development initiatives, conducting global talent mapping, defining search strategies, and elevating research quality standards throughout the research team.

With extensive experience in executive search, Amit has played pivotal roles in establishing and co-leading Industrial and Infrastructure practices at prominent executive search firms. He has a track record of successfully placing leaders in critical general and functional roles across various Indian and multinational organizations. In his previous position as a Search and Selection Partner at a leading OEM in the renewable energy sector, he played a key role in attracting, recruiting, and nurturing talent for crucial and confidential positions globally, with a strong emphasis on fostering diversity. Before venturing into executive search, Amit refined his skills in sales and customer service within multinational financial institutions.

Currently, he is pursuing an Executive Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Additionally, Amit is a certified Hogan practitioner, highlighting his dedication to excellence in leadership assessment and development.
