Viola Samland-Suciu is Principal in Odgers Berndtson's Frankfurt office and a member of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practices. She advises SMEs as well as global clients and is specialised in recruiting key positions in the medical devices, pharmaceutical and the healthcare industries. 

Since 2004 and prior joining Odgers Berndtson she was part of the leading career coach company in Germany and previously to a Consultant for one of the worldwide leading executive search companies.

Viola holds a Diploma in business administration with a focus on human resources and business law and is a certified systemic business coach.

Viola and her family live close to Frankfurt/ in the Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region.
