Charlotte von der Planitz

Charlotte von der Planitz works in the Leadership Advisory division at Odgers Berndtson. She is responsible for leadership assessments and leadership development as well as coaching and team development. Her cross-industry work is flanked by profound knowledge of the financial and service industries.  

Charlotte v.d. Planitz has been advising companies and managers on professional development issues for over 20 years, including 12 years with profit & loss and management responsibility. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, she was a partner at Indigo Headhunters. There she built up and was responsible for the areas of coaching and management audit. In her previous positions, she focused on HR restructuring and business development consulting.

Charlotte v.d. Planitz is a lawyer, an EBS-certified business coach and is trained in various diagnostic personality methods. She lives with her husband and three children just outside Frankfurt.
